🔐 Cerby raised $40M in a Series B round led by DTCP, with participation from Okta Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Two Sigma Ventures, Ridge Ventures, and Bowery Capital. The funding will support Cerby's mission to secure overlooked identity gaps in workplace tech stacks.

🔐 Pentera closed a $60M Series D round led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from Farallon Capital Management. This funding will drive Pentera's next phase of growth in the security validation market.

🔐 Netskope, a cybersecurity firm, has enlisted Morgan Stanley to lead preparations for a U.S. initial public offering (IPO) that could raise over $500 million. The company aims to go public as early as the third quarter of 2025 and may be valued at more than $5 billion.

🔐 Horizon3.ai secured $100M to expand its AI-driven cybersecurity platform amid surging enterprise demand.

📢 Coinbase Hit by Cyber Attack, Rejects Ransom Demand, Faces $400M Loss
Crypto giant Coinbase has disclosed a potential $400 million loss after a cyberattack in which hackers deceived employees and contractors into leaking customer data. While less than 1% of accounts were affected, attackers used the stolen information to impersonate Coinbase and scam users out of their crypto.
